Less is more? Hell yeah, but as loud as possible!
The duo Monoski saw the light of day in the United States, and were profoundly influenced by that country's music. In Monoski, there's the guitarist, Lionel, a small mischievous character from the local music scene, who creates a multitude of explosive and extravagant projects. He plays the guitar like a man hurtling down Death Valley on a Triumph Hurricane, chased by grenade throwing cops. In Monoski, there's also a drummer-violinist, Floriane, who plays with the enthusiasm of a John Bonham and the minimalism of Meg White. Monoski have an odour of chaos, tarmac and and cowboy boots about them. Yeah!
